My Approach

My therapeutic approach is pluralistic, which means I adapt the work to your individual needs rather than expecting you to fit a single model. Depending on what’s most helpful for you, I may draw from person-centred, Gestalt, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or other approaches. Whatever the method, the aim is the same: a grounded, collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and able to speak freely.

The relationship between client and therapist is the most reliable predictor of change. My style is warm, straightforward, and attentive, and I work with you to shape therapy in a way that reflects your values, pace, and preferences. Once a steady place to talk is established, we can explore what has brought you here and find ways of moving forward in a direction that feels right for you.
