About Me
I’m a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and run a private online therapy practice based in Dundee and Edinburgh, Scotland. I have been working one-to-one with people from diverse backgrounds for nearly a decade, supporting clients as they explore challenges, clarify their goals, and make meaningful changes in their lives.
Before qualifying as a counsellor, I lived and worked in London, China and Georgia, giving me a broad perspective on culture, identity and the different ways people approach psychological support.
I hold a PhD in Psychology from Queen Mary University of London, a Masters in Counselling from Abertay University, and an MSc in Social Psychology from Royal Holloway, University of London.
I am currently involved in research into public attitudes, focusing on the use of AI in the therapy and also towards drug policy.
