My Approach

My therapeutic approach is pluralistic, which means I adapt the work to your individual needs rather than expecting you to fit a single model. Depending on what’s most helpful for you, I may draw from person-centred, Gestalt, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or other approaches. Whatever the method, the aim is the same: a grounded, collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and able to speak freely.

The relationship between client and therapist is the most reliable predictor of change. My style is warm, straightforward, and attentive, and I work with you to shape therapy in a way that reflects your values, pace, and preferences. Once a steady place to talk is established, we can explore what has brought you here and find ways of moving forward in a direction that feels right for you.

Contact Me

If you’d like to arrange a free 30-minute online consultation, or if you have any questions about my practice, you can get in touch using the form below or by email.

You don’t need to know exactly what to say. A few lines about what’s bringing you to therapy, or simply a request to arrange a consultation, is more than enough. I aim to reply within 24-48 hours on weekdays.

All messages are confidential.

I look forward to hearing from you.
